Welcome to the Online version of our FB Groups "Almeria Gig Guide - Live Music" - The Good Gig Guide ..

The Almeria Gig Guide was started in 2018 to bring a wider choice of music, bands and venues to our FB and online members. When I arrived in Almeria Province in 2015 I initially thought that there was only a few bands, and that all were English, with one or two Spanish musicians. As I found more Bands, both Spanish and English, I realised how wide and diversified the music was, providing you were willing and able to try new bands and venues.

Two years on, and each week I still finds new bands, venues and musicians, and still get excited by it. As of March 2020 we've posted over 4500 gigs, for 495 acts/bands, 307 Spanish and 151 English, at 325 venues, in 99 towns.

We publicise the top gigs on our weekly radio show each Friday on 89.8 Smooth FM, www.smoothfmlive.net, and we play some of the blues and soul bands on our Monday Night Blues Show each Monday at 7pm, on the same radio station. We also run a centre spread onPadPall Pages monthly magazine of the top gigs.
